Political Philosophy
Libertarianism
-
- Maximize autonomy and political freedom
- Minimize the state. Government should have less control over people
- Emphasizing individualism, voluntary association, and free association
- Give people more free choice
- Connected to the moral and political primacy of the individual
-
- Libertarians oppose equality of outcome (they oppose the use of the state to mould people into an homogeneous mass
- Emphasize the moral and legal equality and the need to reform privileged institutions to permit equality of opportunity
- Rejects all forms of taxation and government regulations
- All should be equal before the law
- Property (self-ownership) and ownership of resources
- Libertarians fear that the absence of government would lead to moral and social breakdown
- They reject involuntary taxation in favour of voluntary insurance payments
- Libertarians accede to a minimal state but its jurisdiction is to be severely limited to a background role of police, law courts and military defence

Realism
Realism says that is not about the motivations of the other people, but that realism is to care only yourself
Human relations are governed by the power from people who wants their believes or inclination above the others
In the scientific world they give an example in how understand in who wants their believes or inclination above the others
In the scientific world they give an example in how understand this in a simple equation: POWER=WORK DONE/TIME TAKEN
Doesn't matter which person and government is in the position of power the given instructions to stop something bad or worse to happen will always have: taxes, arrests, detain, punish, penalize and even kill
The "definition of realism will be better describe as a powerism" because they do not do or says what they think is better for other people but rather for themselves
Realism is said that deals with humans as "how they care" instead of "how we would wish them to be" , saying that humans are limited from their own free thinking, and only see what is in the box
Libertian and anarchist says that power is better instructed and understand better when "a committee or a parliament forces subject or citizens into forms of behavior they would not normally choose", meaning they through certain situations make the individual or the group became violent
-
Socialist says that through power the people will be challenge by the state, to make the good for everyone
Environmentalism
- Supports that humankind should leave the conception that we are superior and accept that any other animal in the animal kingdom has the same value as us.
- Humans have disrupted the planet's natural equilibrium because of; their impact. For example, in the modern era, we have pollution, overpopulation, and exploration of resources that leave man with too much power.
- Looks to conserve and take care of the planet because it provides the origin of all life, and we can't live without it and be more aware of how our actions impact the planet.
- The main point is not to put humankind's focus at the center of politics but to put a central focal point on nature and the planet instead.
- Environmentalists argue that because of the disequilibrium that humans create in the environment, man must be addressed politically, ethically, and legally
- Is a point of view that is not entirely political or thoroughly philosophical; it's a combination of both.

Statism
-
-
- There are two types of utilitarian, one of them says that happines for politicians(that’s what I understood) is that some utilitarian are destined to have a very bad life, that they are going to “suffer, be persecuted or be driven from their homes, or even killed in order to secure the majority’s welfare”.
And other utilitarians argue this because they think that happiness isn’t something that you can’t and I quote “happiness is an inalienable and immesaruble individual possession” so instead of focus on themselves, they focus in make other people happy, because is what makes this people enjoy themsleves.
Libertarianism looks to have a lot of autonomy and political freedom, and have less state, focusing in free association, freedom of choice, individualism and voluntary association.
