Data vs information
Data is collection of individual facts or statistics. It does not depends on information
Information is organized data and interpretation of facts
Data comes in the form of graphs, numbers, figures or statistics
Information is typically present truth words, language, thoughts and ideas
Information control
A common method of controlling information is to completely remove the person (or even the group) from any outside sources of information. They cannot control the media, so they remove themselves from it.
example: students find management department because they know all about the college.
