Always
It serves to express the idea of always, something we always do, 100% of our time
1)I always do my homework
2)I am always tired
Usually
It is used to say that something usually happens, where we spend 90% of our time.
1)I usually go to the beach
2)I usually eat cereal for breakfast
Sometimes
It is used to say that something happens sometimes or on some occasions, where we use 50% of our time.
1)My grandfather sometimes talks to me
2)I am sometimes sad
Rarely
We use it to say that something does not happen often, something that is difficult to happen, where 10% of our time is used
1)I rarely go to the park
2)She rarely eats chinese food
Never
never is used to express that something has never happened, something that never happens, where 0% of our time is used
1)I never play board games
2)I never go to the movies
occasionally
It is said occasionally since we use it to say that something happens sometimes but not often.
1)I eat occasionally chocolates in the afternoon
2)He occasionally workouts
The Frequency Adverbs describe how often an action happens
when it is in the present simple it is placed before the verb
Sujeto + Adverbio de frecuencia + Verbo Principal + Complemento.
when it is a verb to be it is placed after the verb
Sujeto + Verbo to be + Adverbio + Complemento.
