New challenges are threatening because they underestimate their abilities.

Encourages to accept challenges, work hard learn from mistakes, change course if needed to, and keep trying.

Fear of failure.

Tend to have a victim mindset.

Believe hard work and persistence can overcome obstacles in mastering a skill.

Growth mindsets are in harmony with their inner guide and more on the creator side.

A fixed mindset isn't permanent, we can revise it.

Stay organized.

Believe your brain is a muscle that the more you use it, the more capable it becomes.

Set learning goals and performance goals.

Seek helpful feedback.

Change course when needed.

Explore different methods to see what is your preferred way to learn.

There are four different learning approaches.

Thinking - "What?" questions. Ponder facts, theories, learn from lectures, visual aids, powerpoint slides, problem solving, textbook readings, logical skills, etc.

Doing - "How?" questions. Enjoy taking action, learn practical skills in a step by step, hands on work.

Feeling - "Why? or Who?" enjoy personal connections and an emotionally supportive environment, earn well from instructors who are warm and caring; who value feelings as well as thoughts; and who create a safe, accepting classroom

Innovating - “What if?” or “What else?” enjoy imagining new possibilities and making unexpected connections, learn well from instructors who encourage students to discover new and innovative applications.

Follow a plan.

Live with integrity by not cheating or plagerizing.

Keep commiments.

Make agreements consciously, use creator language, make agreements important, create a plan, if there's a problem renegotiate.
