What is a low-risk activity to try playing? Let's try it. What do you notice? Are there small pieces of joy? What is it like to reconnect with play and joy?
Journal your thoughts around why you don't think adults play. In what ways does this limit people? What benefits to play to you see? How could inviting play invite something personally transformative?
