Recognizing when you are off course.

Make wiser choices to help creat the life you want.
Follow three success rules: 1) Show up 2) Do your best work and 3) Participate actively.
Choose motivating goals and build supportive relationships.
Stop self sabotaging.
Make positive small changes.
Set meaningful goals with an action plan.
Change habits that get you off course.
Identify self defeating patterns.
Emtional Patterns include feelings like anger, excitement, anxiety, sadness and joy.
Behavior patterns include actions like smoking, criticizing, or never asking for help.
Thought patterns include self talk. Ex: "I'm too busy" or "I always screw up."
Stop self defeating porblems by identigying the behaviours you want in life.
Self reflect
Revise scripts.
We aren’t stuck with the same scripts , we can recreate ourselves.
Revising scripts can allow us improve outcomes and experiences of our life.
Identify personal preferences.
