(1) CHAT = YES - Within 15mins. of uploading, if the chat arrives then the claim shall be set for Chat agent however we must give the option to hold the Robert quote manually (with a check box).

(3) NO CHAT BUT CALL YES - If there is no chat within 15mins. of uploading the order, the case gets forwarded to CRM under Push to CRM tab (Auto Push).
