Prototype
After getting ideas and exploring prototyping comes in to show what knowledge has been gained and what idea has been thought of
through more and more prototypes from the early stages where its only a temporary idea to the late stage where the prototype is more refined and functional while also looking amazing
By prototyping one can:
-
-
-
Since prototypes are low-res and low budget it allows people to get more ideas without over comiting to an idea
-
A good way to prototype
-
-
-
Build with consumers/target audiences in mind and expect certain behaviours and asking questions to get feedback to improve the prototype.
Test
The testing stage is a chance to get more feedback on the solutions and improve them while also learning about the target users.
Through testing we can make more changes to improve the prototype, see how users react to the prototype and understand the user better. While also improving our point of view and look at the problem in a new way.
Ways to Test
-
-
Observe how they use and what errors they made while using it and how they interact and handle with it without correcting them immediately.
Listen to their opinions and answer the questions they have while also asking about their opinions on the object
