1) Accept children at their present development.
Adult should accept child in positive way
Art activities can be planned slight challenged for children present level, should not be so hard

2) Provide and environment that is comfortable for the age level of group
Room must be plan like feel its home ( table, chairs, right size)
Floor cover at child work area, can work freely without any worry about spills
Hard for children to feel good, when they always told messy
sponge, towel, pails of water, can clean up their own mess
keeping in area clean, learn to take care of themselves
3) Provide an environment that is appropriate for children with special needs
adapt the environment that children with special needs can successfully function in the programs
4) provide materials and activities that are age appropriate
Giving the children tools they able to work, with their age and skill level
Success help them grow pride and confidence know that they can do things well
5) Provide creative materials and activities that the children can work on and complete by themselves
activities that can finish help them feel more self assured and confident about their art ability
