Holistic/Integrative Therapy
Definition:
In its most basic form, holistic therapy addresses the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing. It’s very similar to general therapy or counseling but often draws on complementary and alternative practices

Humanistic Therapy
Definition:
Humanistic therapy adopts a holistic approach that focuses on free will, human potential, and self-discovery.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Definition:
is a short-term approach to mental health treatment. It’s similar to behavioral therapy, but it also addresses unhelpful thought patterns or problematic thoughts.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Definition:
Is an approach that involves facilitation a deeper understanding of one's emotions and other mental processes. It works to help people gain greater insight into how they feel and think.

Art Therapy
Definition:
A form of psychotherapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through painting, drawing, or modeling, used as a remedial or diagnostic activity. (You don’t have to be artistic)
