Bleeding
Nursing intervention and rationale
Administer pain medication as per doctor prescription to reliefe pain
Apply cold ice on the nose so that there will be vaso- contraction and bleeding stop
Tell patient not to blow nose since that can cause more bleeding and pain
Nursing outcome
Maintain normal temperature from 36,2 - 37.2°C
Stop bleeding within 30 minutes
Relief pain
