Mavin
: Root of all evil, master necromancer.
1.
Wants to bring back the great red dragon Uthrax the mad.
2.
Has an army of undead and they have started marching to Mithlonde.
3.
May want to use Uthrax's power to kill Vecna and take his place.
Cult of Rakdos:

of the black Oath (cult of Rakdos). Fallen Paladin. The ghost rider who lead the cult of Rakdos through the death valley.
The Fire Mage [DEAD]:
Based in Death Valley, allegedly member of the Black Edict working with Cult of Rakdos.

Human sorcerer in Freeport, allegedly working with "Evil Forces". Owned a Falafrir, a crystal sphere to communicate with the edict.
Black Legion
Gavin:

Death Guard:

Mavin's league of Necromancers (According to Rorik and Jeremiah's evidence)
They worship Vecna.
Their hideout is in the Beastlands in the Valley of the old kings.

Asshole:
Member of the Black Edict, necromancer of the North.

Controls an army of undead (rumored to be the one that controls Mavin's army)
2.
Carries a strong staff that may give him control over many undead.
3.
Has a circle of bones surrounding him at all times (most likely granting him protection.
4.
Was partially defeated on Ixallan thanks to Lewellyn's heroic charge. After that he turned to mist and dispersed along with the bones.
The bone warriors:
A group of dark elves dressed in heavy bone armor serving the necromancer of the North. After the Asshole's defeat, some were persuaded by Krieg to give up the fight and return to their families, which led to bloodshed among them. The deserters were allowed to journey via teleport back to the main continent. Some of them knew the dark elf Ylvara, under the influence of the mind flayers.
Golgar:
Leads the Golgari swarm, a mix of undead and animals/fungi found on the Golgar isles.
Biomancer:
Severius (Simic isles). Έχει ένα περίεργο staff με transformative abilities.

Apprentice of Mavin (died 1458 by Rorik's company)

Beastmaster [DEAD}:
Based in beastlands, member of the black edict.

Has dealing s with the fire mage.
Mind Flayers:
Extradimensional creatures that feed on minds with strange powers.
1.
Are most likely in league with Mavin according to Sir Jeremiah.
2.
They have been doing abductions.
Steve:
Strong mind flayer in high command.
Ylvara and her brothers:
Has her hand taken over by an item that controls her and works for the mind flayers. Does not work for Mavin, but may work with Orzhov.
Orzhov family:
Group of vampires with high positions in power.
Teysa Karlov:
One of the daughters of the Orzhov family.

She lives in a flying city that belongs to Orzhov.
2.
She caused much mayhem at the battle of Ghazat Xunug, but managed to escape.
