        goebbels’ propaganda for public display of germans power that he organised. they were designed to showcase germany’s might and give germans a sense of belonging. films were closely controlled and had to carry a pro-nazi message. commissioned posters which glorified nazi achievements and attacked opponents. these posters were put up all over germany.
    - - schutzstaffel (ss)
        the ss were hilter/s personal bodyguard with heinrich himmler the leader. death's head unit and verfuegungstruppe ( special purpose troops) were under the ss. death's head unit was responsible for the concentration camps. the first concentration camps was set up at dachau. it is to punished those who were no loyal to hilter ideals. beating were common, food were scarce (not enough) and were forced to work 11 hours a day.

      - gestapo
        was nazis' secret police force. gestapo was responsible for finding and removing threats to the nazi party as well as to the nazi state also tp maintained offices in the concentration camps. gestapo had unlimited power of arrest. people could be taken into custody just based on the suspicion that they might commit a crime. many germans were arrested and put into concentration camps without a trial.
    - - nuremberg laws
        effectively excluded jews from german society. they were no longer allowed to be german citizens and not allowed to marry a non-jews. more and more steps were taken to humiliate jews and separate them from the rest of the society. wealthy jews have left the countries, however most of their passports restricted or even removed to prevent them from leaving germany
      - nights of the broken glass
        nazi diplomat was shot dead by a young jews boy in paris. hilter used tis as an excuse for ordering a campaign of terror to beunleashed on jews in germany and austria. nazis looted and destrpyed thousands of jewish shops. homes and synagogues (temple) were burned. jews were beaten or killed, more than tewnty thousands of jews were arrested and sent to concentration camps. germany invaded poland and force
