Young Plan extended the time for reparations to be paid to 58 years and it reduced reparations to $29 billion.
Dawes Plan
(1924)
The Dawes Plan was developed to help Germany pay the wartime reparations & reach economic recovery:
Germany would use the money and increased tax revenues to pay reparations for France.
France would use the money from reparations to pay for the U.S loans that were borrowed during wartime.
U.S would lend money to Germany, who used the money to build up the German economy.
