- Inventory of one's own product and services (categorization + narrative that conveys meaning)
- Proper packaging into a presentation
- Compilation of sponsorship packages in which a client can test our services at low costs
II STEP
- Creation of a new client base + inventory of the current one
- Request for recommendation letters from clients (can they give them + can we refer to them)
III STEP
- Writing a competent cold letter (several templates)
- There MUST be triggers inside the letter (several variations)
IV STEP
- Meetings (offline minimum, several online meetings at most!)
- Competent presentation of our services/product, reasoning, track record, recommendations, quick response and correct answers + offering a test of services
- Definition of client's requests + inspiring aspects for this client (what has to be said, so that trust is built inside)
V STEP
- Making a deal
- Contract with details of foreign entity
