Additionaly, resembalance of a wish list would be a supporting concept to the generelized definition.
A wish list in this context would be having many different amusing future senarios, in which the person sees a happy ending for himsel by folowing the American Dream.
In this case Willy fits that bill by his behevior of telling multiple of good futures to his wife Linda with exiemnt.
Because of this understanding Willy acknowledges that doing huge, succsesful work will lead to true happinies that he desieres. This acknowledgment is an major component to the centeral defibition of above.

This specialty can be explained as a seductive force, which garenties an ideal life for the believer, if the person is willing to folow it and work for it.
A supporting explonation is said by Lee Artz and Bren Ortega Murphy’s Cultural Hegemony, in which they define this mythological belief as “ the ability of capitalism to deliver the goods“ (Lawrance R. Samuel pagex).
By the resambelence of mythology there is also comes the fact that mythologies are not real. A supporting idea would be Ancient Greek Gods and their Legends. This understanding confirmed by the story, when it comes to "The American Dream". This concept is an important part of the critice of the American Dream.
