What do they see?
They may see people getting sick quickly and dying of illnesses that can easily be treated in developed countries
They see people without access to basic needs such as food, shelter, health services, etc

What do they do?
People living in developing countries are more likely to be living in poverty. Thus, they may not have access to clean water. This means people are likely to resort to drinking dirty water
What do they say?
We could imagine them saying things like how they wish they had better lives, or how things will hopefully start turning out well for them
As malnutrition is a common cause of death in developing countries, people may say how they wish they had healthier or more accessible food
