JOB SHARE AT BRC
SITUATION - I have worked in a job-share capacity previously.
ACTION - Excellent communication skills were required to manage the workflow across the week. We worked together to develop a consistent system for handing over work on our crossover days, including labelling/categorising tasks within shared mailboxes, shared calendar tasks, and regular 1:1s to routinely review progress and make improvements.
RESULT - We worked effectively together to balance the workload across the weeks, ensuring that deadlines were met, we were both accountable, and and that tasks did not slip through the gaps.
