Student Assessments
The assessment of students should be on tests, quizzes, participation, and Homework
Students should be able to have a second chance when it comes to exams as long as they have a proper reason.

Student should be assessed on multiple different things, not just exams.
Group Work
During group work it should be find to let students communicate with each other about random things as long as they're making good progress on their required work.

With group work, students will be able to absorb a lot of information without getting bored.
Group Work can be used as a privilege that can be taken away depending on class behavior.
When students are in groups, it makes giving specific instructions a lot easier.
Minimalistic Lectures

If lectures have a lot of unimportant things in them, students tend to zone out and not pay attention

Lectures should be entertaining to not lose the focus of the students
Minimalistic Lectures must contain every important topic even if that means sacrificing entertainment for learning
Fun Experience

As a teacher the thing that would have the most impact on the students experience would be the energy that I emit.
Make sure to always crack unexpected jokes mid teaching to boost morale and make learning more fun and enjoyable
Fun experience such as labs can be followed by a series or questions that can be used to assess students.
Experiments should be common especially when it comes to biology and chemistry topics.
