Meniere's disease is a disease of the inner ear characterized by intermittent episodic vertigo, fluctuation hearing loss, ear fullness and tinnitus
The pathophysiology is commonly explained by a distention of membranes labyrinth by the endolymph, equally called endolymphatic by drops

Contraindications

Among surgical procedures of maniere's disease, complications related to this procedures may cause:
Hearing loss
Dizziness
Cerebrospinal fluid loss
Damage to the sigmoid sinus
Facial palsy
Addition of anesthetics
General surgical risks

Avoiding caffeine, chocolate, alcohol and not smoking tobacco
Vitamin D supplement may have beneficiary effect to meniere's disease if the symptoms are caused by a local autoimmune reaction
