Back Story
Assessment is an important element of learning since it evaluates whether or not the educational objectives are being reached. It is critically vital for the teachers to be well versed with the knowledge of assessment and its implementation. As being a teacher, I am aware of the purposes of and the types of assessment. Moreover, I have implemented it during my teaching years for the last 7 years. However, I felt the need of enhancing and broadening my knowledge on this area thereby promoting better learning once after being back to my school.
Therefore, I would like to focus on the enhancement of skills and knowledge of implementing the assessment practices successfully so that there will be effective learning.
Goal
To learn about the assessment in depth. (WHAT? WHY? HOW? WHOM?)

Seek guidance from tutors and friends.
