Active - When the bug is assigned and taken to work upon
QA Resolved - When the bug fix is deployed to QA env for internal QA and awaits test approval
QA Approved - When the bug fix passes internal QA and is ready to be deployed to Staging env
UAT Resolved - When the QA approved bug fix is deployed to Staging env and awaits UAT by client
UAT Approved - When the bug fix passes client's UAT and is ready to be deployed to Prod env
In Prod - When the bug fix is deployed in Prod env and awaits confirmation from client
Closed - When the bug fix is confirmed in Prod by client
Reopened - When the bug fix is found to be not working as expected in QA/Staging/Prod env
