Win-Win Solutions: :silhouettes:
Extracted from the Workplace Habits section of the quiz, it states that my personality type is always trying to find “win-win” solutions to problems. I think this is an accurate description of my personality and values, to me it’s an undeniable fact that people should be acknowledged for their work or participation. I believe that credit should be given where credit is due, I will definitely act on this saying and I expect to be treated the same way either in a school or work environment. In addition, I will never belittle or diminish others for my own good nor lie about others to praise myself. Finally, I am always open to new perspectives and different opinions. To illustrate, during group projects in school, I am willing to change my ideas as well as perspectives after hearing others and selecting the most beneficial solution for the whole group.
