The media and methods teachers use to give students information, and what students need to learn
Give teaching content based on students’ levels of understanding
Example1: Social study
When students learn how to use different transportation
Group 1: Find information about different types of transportation (low understanding)
Group 2: Make process chart of how to use different transportation (normal understanding)
Group 3: Make travel plan: Which transportation is a good choice if you want to travel to XX, and how to prepare
Introduce the class content with various resources/tools
Example 2: Math, science
Provide students with hands-on materials, videos, instructions with pictures, oral instruction, demonstration

Process
The activities and practices students will engage in to better understand content
Vary the length of time students use to complete the tasks
For example 1: Language
Low ability: two stories and finish reading in two classes
Normal ability: two stories and finish in one class
Great ability: two stories and finish in one class with own drawing of the most interesting part

Divide students into different study group based on their Interest
Example 2: Art
Let kids choose the one type of art they want to explore more
Group 2: Drawing/painting

Encourage students to ask questions based on their understanding

Creating a “wonder wall” to encourage students to ask questions based on their learning, and discuss and help each other to find the answers to the questions.

For the final task, students can choose to create an art work of own primary schools, make posters, make class schedule & school daily routine, etc to demonstrate their understanding
