You are starting at a public middle school for the first time. Before this, you were home-schooled and didn't really know of anyone or have friends besides your sister's friends. It's up to you how the school year turns out and what you do with it. Your parents always taught you to be kind to others and do good things. When you do this, good things will happen to you.
You walk in on the first day of school with a good attitude and talk to others around trying to make friends. Your first class is science and you meet new people hoping to be friends.
You help students that seem to be struggling with science. You are really good at the subject and realize this could be a way to be friends with people.
You make friends with a girl named Olivia who is also good at science. You guys start working on projects together and hangout on the weekends.

A boy named Ethan in your class makes a mean comment to you about the way your face looks. This makes you upset and are reconsidering your decisions.
-
You ignore it and continue to be nice to everyone. You sit with people named Summer and Jack at lunch. You guys have a lot of classes together such as science and computer class.
It's the end of the year and you get awarded for the courage, friendship and character award at the end of year ceremony. Your friends Summer, Jack and Olivia all congratulate you and want you to continue public school.
You are mad because your mom made you attend public school. People try coming up to you in the hallway to introduce themselves but you ignore them. Rumors start about you saying you are rude and don't like anyone.
You sit beside a kid named Jack and he tries talking to you. You are unsure but you don't act very nice.
You start to realize science is your strong subject. You make friends in that class but still don't do a lot of your work.
You were off to a good start but got too ahead of yourself. Choosing those good decisions put you in a good spot but didn't end so well after you given up..
You start to feel overwhelmed by all of the work and tests in there. You aren't trying that much and start to give up.
