sending mean messages or threats online,
posting hurtful messages online,
spreading rumours online or through text,
hacking someones account and posting damaging messages and much more
If you are being cyberbullied you should:
keep a record of what is happening so you have proof,
tell someone that you trust,
report or block whoever is cyberbullying you.
Cyberbullying can lead to: humiliation, isolation,
depression, anxiety, low self-esteem,
academic issues, self harm,
Keep your passwords safe and never share them
Only talk to people that you know
Keep personal information private
Take care with what you share
Be nice to people online
Stop, block and tell- tell somebody what is going on because the victim might feel like they can't speak up for themselves
Support the person being cyberbullied so that they know they have help and give advice to them on how to stop the situation
Don't ignore- ask the victim what is going on and stand up for them
You should always talk to someone that you trust
