The nurse will teach the patient to use guided imagery, yoga, & breathing techniques to decrease anxiety.
The nurse will use therapeutic touch during patient interactions.
Evaluation
The goals will be met if the patient is able to demonstrate control of anxiety & identify two symptoms of anxiety.
