When the person who carries out the action is unknown, unimportante or obvious from the context.
To make statements more formal or polite.
How is´t used?
Active voice
Means the subject is DOING the action. ACTIVE SUBJECT
Passive Voice
Means the subject is RECEIVING the action. PASSIVE SUBJECT.
