Iron: forms the 'haem' part of haemoglobin which is the oxygen carrying part of blood iron helps provides oxygen to body cells

Calcium: builds and ossifies bones and teeth

Vitamins
Vitamin C: assists in absorption of iron
oranges, strawberries, kale, broccoli, capsicum
assists in absorption of iron, which helps prevent iron deficiency anaemia
Vitamin D: helps body absorb calcium
