Gender Bias
Carol Gilligan suggests that men are socialized to base their moral judgement on abstract principles of fairness and justice, while women are socialized to base theirs on compassion and love. (Research testing her ideas found men & women base moral judgements on both care and justice factors)
Strong male bias
in Kohlberg's theory found. Since he only observed white men from Germany, his theory is derived from male experience.
