Overview
This regulation talks about: Safety Management System And
Occupational Health, planning the HSE, training the HSE into the worker/individuals
to increase the effectiveness of occupational safety and health (SMK3) through the involvement of management
HSE: are all activities to guarantee and protect the safety and health of workers through the prevention of work accidents and occupational diseases

Here the law note that engineer can be employed that have a HSE certificate (learning) to make sure they are capable of their competence

This regulation means that, as an engineer we can produced a healthy and safe work environment to boost the productivity of our work
The fundamental Cannons: Engineers shall hold paramount the safety, health and welfare of the
public in the performance of their professional duties.
Chapter1, passage 2: Engineers shall perform services only in the areas of their competence
Engineers shall continue their professional development throughout their careers and shall provide opportunities for the professional development of those engineers under their supervision
This regulation tells that as an engineer we should be competence in the field also credible with it, but it doesn't always mean to stop learning, to the ethics and rule actually want us to know that, its okay if you're good in one field, but you need to learn new things is even greater
