Disability: any person with a deficiency resulting in a disability that may lead to encountering obstacles in the performance of everyday activities

Technical aids: legal development aid which makes it possible to finance the rental or purchase of materials reimbursed by social security
Inclusion mobility card: makes it easier for the disabled to travel, it provides SNCF or RATP reductions, you must apply to the MDPH
AEEH: educational aid for disabled children this reimburses medical and educational care of 131 euros per month and the child must be under 20 and reside in France
Social protection in Hungary: To be insured, they must have a degree of disability equal to or greater than 40%. They must be employed or self-employed.
Financial aid in Hungary: the care allowance is paid to people who take care of a disabled person in the family and the amount of aid varies according to the severity of the disability
the exceptional disability allowance is intended for people or the state of health and reduced by 50%
The disability ramp cannot be combined with the allowance or the pension. You must be over 18 and your health must have deteriorated by at least 70% before your 25th birthday.
A rehabilitation allowance can be received throughout the rehabilitation period, up to a limit of three years
To conclud:We observe that in France there are many more aids granted to people with disabilities whereas in Hungary there are few aids with several conditions and no technical aids. Caring for people with disabilities is more complicated in Hungary than in France
Technical aids: People with disabilities can benefit from technical assistance only if a lucrative association allows the donation of materials
