Social

Increased social activity, forming connections through shared memories that they will be able to access after school is finished for them.

Increasing connections amongst the wider community that use the app, sharing personal experiences with girls they are not close with.

Students become more focused, encouraging others around them to concentrate on school

Students will use these photos and memories as an encouragement for their final year

Students are able to reminiscence on past memories, allowing them to want to create new ones throughout the year

Higher levels of social impact leading to overall happiness

Memories allowing students to positively reflect on the final year they have had

Able to use photos for university applications and other photo required things for after year 12

The STM Year Book website is free and therefore cost efficient for anybody in the community to use

With the use of STM pictures showing images of students partaking in varying aspects of school life, the school may use the uploaded images for marketing towards new students

The images will directly encourage families to join the school community and the all-rounded social and extra-curricular activities that the images convey

When school memories are shared, students may be more inclined to work harder in their academics from motivation of school pride. This may lead to better results, and therefore better job opportunity for the future, where the student is sustaining a balanced income.
