Design Defects: product designed as intended; P must show there is an alt design available that will serve the same purpose at a comparable cost
Inadequate Warning: M must warn of unknown/unapparent risks associated w/ use' P must show the risks cannot be eliminated by redesign & consumers could not ordinarily notice absent a warning
Manufacturing Defects: must be unreasonably dangerous; product varies from intended design & that makes it dangerous; P must show product deviates from ID & is not as safe as one manufactured according to ID
Animal Conduct: SL for all prop damaged, personal injuries
