Representatives represent the people that vote and like what they do for Canada or their province.

They have to speak on behalf of the people that they represent. They will speak on what the people want as a whole. Example If I am a representative I have to share what I here from other representatives.

They have to be open to ideas that people want and make changes to adapt to the new ways.

They have to stay calm and collected during stressful times such as war or negative things that their people are saying or doing.

Make responsible decisions that help not just them.

They have to communicate with others.

It helps advocate for members concerns.

They come together for a common good for a group of people.

It can spread information around a group of people

They can inform the public about what it is their members do

They can highlight concerns of specific groups of people

They can Influence the government to make changes to policies or laws

You can make a meeting and tell them in person

They can contact them on social media

You can E-mail them about the important topics that you are talking about
