To be social and open minded in a group
To share ideas and solve problems about certain things
To be able to have multiple opinions for one idea
How Associations make Decisions
the the people of the Association vote on what they beleive should happen
Most Ideas are considered
the people who lead the Association help make decisions by talking
how associations Communicate with Members
They can sometimes talk over apps such as Gmail/Messages/messenger
They talk to them over lunch meetings they have a friendly conversation
they have meetings with the group to discuss ideas and solutions to problems.
