My opinions
In my opinion Ekman theory, is the theory in which I believe more because is states things that I also think. The other theories also add corect things but for me the Ekman theory is the best.
For me for people is difficult to lead with emotions because nowan teach us how to lead with them in a correct and healthy whay, Because of this most of us learn how to lead with them by our personal experience.
As they are many theories is difficult to accept one or one to be reliable. Also as you can´t refuted in part we can't trust, it will depend if we agree or desagrie.
