Heredity and Genetic
Definition
Heredity is the passing of traits that can be physical or mental traits. Our traits is controlled by our genes that is passed on by our parents from one generation to another.
Genes
Genes are made up of DNA. Genes carries information that determines your traits. Some genes act as instructions to make molecules called protein
Dominant
A dominant gene is a gene that express itself more strongly than other gene that the person is carrying, or in this case, recessive genes.
Recessive
Recessive is found from two versions of a gene. A person receive one version of gene from each parents. If dominant is the one that is expressed, a recessive gene is not expressed.

Genetics is the study of genes, heredity in organisms, along with genetic variations. Genetics was first discovered by Gregor Mendel in the 19th century
You can predict a genetic trait by using a punnett square by determining the dominant and recessive traits. One allele, the dominant one, is symbolized by a big 'T'. The other allele, the recessive one, is symbolized by a little 't'.
Here we can see that the probability for the recessive trait (tt) is 25%. Meanwhile the probability for the dominant trait (TT, Tt) is 75%
