      - House of Representatives: A legislative house which uses the Virginia Plan (PROPORTIONAL representation).
      - Senate: A legislative house which uses the New Jersey Plan (EQUAL representation).
  - - - The President is both the head of state and head of government of the United States of America, and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. Responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by Congress.
  - - - Their role is ensuring the American people the promise of equal justice under law and, thereby, also functions as guardian and interpreter of the Constitution.
    - - The chief justice's role preside over the Supreme Court in its public sessions when the court is hearing arguments and during its private conferences when it is discussing and deciding cases.
