WATER BEARS …

      - We could look at the genetic response from the modification of cells
    - - Their behavior could also explain how humans would react to radiation
      - But, they wouldn't return to earth because it's impossible to accelerate them in the other direction.
    - - Using laser sail propulsion
        
        Project Starlight would provide tools for that in about 20 years (2040).
        
        That means shooting lasers and directing them onto a sail
        
        That problem isn't that the physics wouldn't work, but the huge scale the lasers would need to be built at
    - - They probably wouldn't be able to live on the Moon, because the impact with a planet at such high speeds (that they are being launched with) would instantly vaporise them
      - Robots could also work, but biological beings haven't been sent before so doing that would provide new and interesting results.
