    - - For the conceptual clothing brand you needed to be open-minded towards new ideas and clothing ideas. You also needed to be a communicator with the rest of the people in the group. When I started in the project we made a website where we showed off one or two designs however at a later date me and my CAS group decided to take on the responsibility of making the school hoodies.

    - - My goal surrounding me going to the gym was to see whether or not I could make consistent progress and stay disciplined even with outside activities consuming a large amount of my time. I wanted to stay balanced and not let school work completely consume all of my time, and I wanted to keep my strength up even after me quitting rugby as a result of injuries. I wanted to stay balanced so that I could give 100'% in all aspects of my life and going to the gym and staying consistent was going to help me achieve this goal. The way of me measuring my progress was to test my max bench press, squat and deadlift, and to achieve a 10-20kg increase after a set amount of time. I have achieved this goal and I am continuing to progress and stay consistent.

    - - Nepal project is a project which is helping a school in Nepal. I was trying to be caring in the sense that I contributed to the project with raising money and organising events to try and raise money that can be sent to the school in Nepal. Although I am finished in the project the project will continue on and the partnership will continue to grow and help and support the school in Nepal. I felt that I made a impact with my communicating skills with the rest of the project and also the organisation of different fundraisers.
