Men's: What is not working?

Fanny Packs, missed the train on this one. crossbody bags are needed but maybe get some inspo from luxury brands, in terms of sizes and shapes and leather.

Wallets - not enough card holders (too basic, be more creative), too many bifolds
Gifting: only gifting we received SS were bottles, underwear and manicure sets - no cards/games, fragrance, notebooks, pens or jewellery
No new formal shoes, very old collection: no chelsea boot or formal loafer option
Backpacks - not on trend
Ties - not enough colours or prints
Cufflinks - way too many selections, not selling
No more fun, printed or floral linings inside bags
Nylon bags are a better fabrication that the non leather bags that we used to get but creative design is lacking
Women's: what is working?
Plain coloured PVCs
Stilettos - Not enough options
Leather side bags with the sporty canvas strap eg. DARCEYY, AMERRAH
Plain sneakers
Boots
Jewellery are slow sellers but with the newer designs are looking much better.

Not having bag straps sold separately - many customer have asked for our sporty canvas straps on their own

Puffer bags
Did not receive swimwear
scrunchies/hairbands
No socks
No Samsung phone cases or new version of iphones
Mens: what is working?
Loafers are very sort after - not many options, materials or colours
Leather messenger bags - slow sellers but core
Non-leather small side bags and holdalls
Socks - always selling, great add ons
Mens leather washbags, just need more varieties
Hats and flat caps - sell quickly, run out of sizes
retro sneakers were a hit a couple of years ago, should bring them back instead of the bowling style sneakers. And be more fun with colours and not always black and navy
