Front-End Web Developer
I really enjoy working in short bursts. Though long sessions are mandatory sometimes in order to allow for work to be done, I generally tend to work better with the ability to take short breaks to do things that I love whether that be gaming, hobbying or anything else. Being punctual and on time when it comes to deadlines is important to me, however I am never in a rush to finish a project as soon as it is given to me, I like to take the time to think about it, and even do it once or twice to really iron out what needs to be done.
I value being treated like a human being greatly in a job position. Many places it seems have foregone the concern for their employees, although many are taking the actions to actually care for their employees. This can be shown in many ways such as offering them different things, and even just having higher-ups sit down and have a cup of coffee to talk things over. Being able to have personal days and mental health days as well is becoming increasingly poular.
ENFP-T
I tend to have an ebb and flow when it comes to how much interaction I want to have with others on any given day, and I think that my job career fits that perfectly. Some days will be spent coding for long hours and others will be spent in meetings and discussing mockups/designs with co-workers. Having this back and forth I think will be a great change of pace for me, and allow me to get the social interaction I love, but also the alone time that I need.
Honesty and integrity are both really important in any creative space. Being upfront about what you can do and also being able to create your own work instead of just copying or stealing others work is a massive part of what we do. Although helping others and online resources are available, generally people would prefer to give credit rather than to just take what they did and profit off of it.
Long Term Goals
Currently my habits are not great when it comes to saving for these goals, however I do not have a massive amount of income at the moment leading most of it being used for everyday living. After this semester I will have a job that will allow me to allocate more money towards these goals.
According to Google $20,682 to $560,998 a year seems to be the range for Web Development Management with glassdoor.com stating that $147,000 is the average.
My long term financial goals are to one day own a house or condo that I am able to fully renovate how I see fit. Personally in this goal I would love to be able to afford a house that was nicer than the one I had growing up (Which will be hard I can assure you). Having a place to truly call mine would be extremely satisfying and I think will be the pinnacle of when I see myself as financially stable.
The first plan that I have out of college is to get rid of my student loans as quickly as humanly possible. Once I get through these, I plan to start saving a large portion of my monthly income for a 401K, which my current employer would help me with.
I think that my purposed budget absolutely cover the my leisure and hobbies. Granted that I do not spend a ton of money on hobbies as many of mine ended up having high entry costs to get into the hobbies, now I would just be spending for maintenance on said hobbies.

My personal brand is all about functionality. The primary focus when designing a website or application for me will always be how the user will have to interact with it, and if it makes sense and it easily usable by the masses. I am personally a very laid back person who wants to make people smile, and I love being able to do so through my designs and work.

Life Long Learner
I would love to attend different conferences and other events that are aligned with my work. I think that it is extremely important to continue to learn especially in a field that is as fluid as web design. New trends are constantly emerging, and its important to keep up with them in any way possible.
TheeDigital states that some of the most important trends of our current web design generation is bold colors, fast load times, personalized content and a user experience that makes sense given the context of what the viewer is doing. For instance using a load more button instead of a go to next page for listings.
According to computerscience.org The field is still expected to grow through 2029 at least with an 8% overall increase over the last 10 years.
Thankfully, the degree that I will receiving with the Visual Communication Technology program should be enough to get me where I want to be with my career. Due to the nature of development, I will need to learn new languages and technologies over the years which may require a certificate or two, however I do not think that I will need to attend any more school.
