you can just 1 pushup a day, it would take years to be fit.
but doing 100 pushups will be quicker, so its how many not how long
how many times is the answer, not how long

a class was divided into 2 groups 1 group was in charge of quantity of photos, the other was the quality group. quantity needed to take more pictures, but quality needed just 1, and it had to be good. For some reason quantity had the best photos.
this is because the quality group just sat there without trying anything
the more times you do the habit, the more automatic it becomes in you
north and south America use north to south while others to east to west because its more wider.

starting with small steps decrease a hard habit to something simple and easy, such as putting on track pants.
for example, if I put on my running shoes, I triggered my hard habit. run 10 miles.

turn the habit into 2 minutes
put friction on the bad habits
you can lock away your phone and bury the key in your backyard.
this means to make your bad habits hard
Give your phone to your dad for him to keep it safe.
