    - - Giving respect to each of your employees is one of the important steps to being a good leader. One of the things a good leader can do is never take all the credit to himself but acknowledge the teamwork that would have taken place to get the positive result.
    - - The ability to make decisions swiftly and precisely is crucial for a leader because you may not always have time to make certain decisions.
