Honesty, integrity, and code of ethics play a big part in my performance of my type of work. Videography is about sending a message, and if I believe that message is unethical, I will not work for whoever is having me do that. In terms of honesty and integrity in the workplace, I am honest with my co-workers and employers and I expect the same from them
