My goal: I am going to do a combination of yoga, long walks, and other activities which I think would benefit me in terms of improving mental health and providing an outlet for me to release energy. Having dealt with anorexia, I struggle to set a goal for myself when it comes to exercise without it turning into something negative, but I will consciously choose to do more mindful exercise, including going on long walks and swimming, as a way to improve my mental wellbeing without focusing too much on the physical element. Thus, my aim for this activity is to move my body whenever I feel like it, with the intent to feel happy and strong, rather than for any other reason.
