3.2 post-operation
-Assessment of vital signs every 15 minutes, 4 times, every 30 minutes 4 times,
every 1 hour, 4 times, then every 4 hours after stable vital sign
-Observation for signs and symptoms of hemorrhage, shock such as change in consciousness, restlessness, weak pulse, rapid breathing, blood pressure drops. If found, let the patient lie down to increase blood flow back to the heart
-Assessed surgical wound to see blood loss from surgical wound from drain and record blood loss
-Assessed 5P: pain, pallor, paresthesia, pulselessness, paralysis, swelling caused by tight bandage
-Assessed and prevent surgical wound infection by observe characteristics andsecretions of wound the symptoms of infection such as pain, swelling, redness, hotness around the surgical wound
-Recommended to patients keep dry wound, Be careful to do not to get wound wet, do not scratch the wound
-Give 0.9% NSS 1000 ml according to treatment plan
-Give antibiotic Cefazolin 1g to prevent infection
-Advised patients to eat healthy food to promote wound healing
