Andrea's Sewing machine and other things for sewing will be placed in her own small sewing room and the other side will be used for paolo's work room. To create section the other side to have different section and color.
the kids bedroom will be loft bed and the space below it will be used as their mini ballet practice and play room
We will not put concrete walls as a divider for living room and entertainment area but will use sliding wood panels to be space efficient and also a design.
Since the site is adjacent to the access road, road noise is expected from time to time. Existing trees and bushes should be preserved at the front to reduce noise.
Sun Orientation
The site has a good location that receives enough natural lighting. The sun rises at the right side and sets down at the back of the site thus the heat at noon was not direct to it.
-Take advantage of the existing natural features and incorporate them into the design.
-Maximize and make good use of the space given on site
