Conclusion
The evil and good thing is happening every day in the world, the fake son in the story chooses to help the older man unconditional, even knew he isn't his son but he still stays and encourages him until the older man is gone, revealing human have friendly, kindness and caring part in human deeply soul.
Theme
Caring is the theme around the story, all of the characters in the story knew the older man his last wish is to see his son again, each character did all that they can do just want to help the dying man but even ultimately the wrong son was came but he did the right in the end.

Few days later one boy, Marine, came with uniform, he stayed with the old man whole day and held his hand without saying anything.
End
After the old man died, the nurse started to offer words of condolences. suddenly the boy told the nurse that he was not the son, he just the same name with his son. He used to be the right time to be the right son. Few days after the right son appeared and joined the funeral.
Beginning
There’s an old man who fell and hurt himself badly, then he was staying in the hospital. The nurse help him called his family.
